today with work we went to the open Ark farm in Newtownards! It was great fun and the kids loved it! They were able to hold tint border collie pups and baby rabbits, stroke donkeys, feed lambs...the list goes on! Actually, a baby calf called Nelson was born on my Birthday too! 18th May! He was kind of ginger too!! (Beautiful!!)
to be honest i loved it just as much, i probably "awwwwd" the same amount as the kids over all the babie animals!!....so adorable! The puppies were £70 ......to be totally honest i WAS tempted!
God is in those moments, to be like a child, to appreciate goodness and beauty, to laugh with the kids as the pigs grunt and grunt along with them, to sing 'GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE" at the turkeys!
To live life and live it to the full...I'm learning to be thankful, to laugh...
to not worry what others think!
Some of the kids were chasing the hens...talking about plucking their feathers out...hunter gatherers!!!!
maybe we should all go soon to the farm....breathe in the lovely poo smell amd laugh!

It sounds like Streamvale farm- my fav place when I was wee(probably still a fav!)
